Maybe if cops didn’t mindlessly amputate other human beings for having a pocket full of metal on them and thought about the consequences of ending a life, we wouldn’t have this problem. Won’t happen though, cops follow the guide like it’s the bible with no room for interpretation.

its stupid, yes, but ignorance of rules has never been an excuse. this isn't the first appeal like this that has been denied, and it won't be the last until the headcops do smth about it. the rules aren't for me to enforce as i see fit, they're written, and i have to deal with them as they're written, like anybody else.

ive talked w/ them outside of the forums about it and we're chill, i realize it's a stupid rule and that's why i tried to get it changed before appealing. i dont hold anything against these 2 appeal managers, they're just adhering to the precedents set before them, no matter how stupid they can be. we can only hope that a need for change is realized.

I thought the entire idea of having people review these issues is to grant the benefit of doubt and/or leniency for the sake of fairness.....

I have a feeling this issue and the over-all cause of this issue isn't dug throughly enough hence we are having such issues.
