it's gonna happen. germany apparently is starting to close a lot of stuff back down in a few bundesstaten

most of our financial policy instruments and institutions still work and will continue to work, thoug, unlike the great depression of the 20s and the financial crisis of the late 00s (or hell even the eurocrisis or OPEC crisis)

this is an outside force that has majorly disrupted our economic systems, but it's not caused by a systemic flaw in and of itself, which makes it pretty different and and outlier when it comes to economic crises, both recent and historic
