kill bandits noobs
take part in tournaments and bet on yourself easy 4k dollars..
also skill so u can have more members

Become a Vassal and take over castles for your lord.

Gain honour and Reputation and then once you're big enough, leave your kingdom and make a new one.

everytime i go in an arena it tells me theres no tournament and all i can do is the one where im naked and have wooden swords

how do i level up party skills?

You level up your character and when putting lvl-up points in, make sure it's in the one that increases party size.

i did a lot of quests for the king of swadia but all it tells me is he has no quests left but he wants me to kill some enemies, i dont know which enemies though

you can ask if there are any tournaments, then you just go there and have new option "take part in tournament =)"
just press c and check the skills, if its a party skill you can also get a companion to skill it
you can also check in journal which enemies kingdom of swadia has

edit: leadership isnt a party skill so you have to skill it

Usually asking a queen or bard will get you a tournement.

all i can do is loot villages and 100% of the time villagers just give me their stuff lol

You normally raze villages if they're hostile to you.
