Suggestion Add Gredwich Emplacements (Possibly Tanks)

Suggestion: Add in Gredwich emplacements & Possibly introduce some gredwich tanks as well.

Why it would be worth adding: It would level the playing field between the combine and rebel factions and allow people to utilize the emplacements creatively within certain builds/vehicles as has been something people have wanted for some time in the community, It's been spoken about extensively in ooc chat on server and over the discord the time to introduce these things are now. It will also allow more interactivity to the server and how rebels fight.

I think the straight up tanks are a bit much and the emplacement guns can be made with the emplacement gun we have at the moment, I've done it multiple times.
It just kept getting bombed or something in graveyard hours lmao so no one got to use it.
Though at the moment and with the way the server is right now, there's no utility for it or any reason to use them as balance will go out the window considering we're making strides towards that.
