Any way to get back deleted char?

Is there any coming back from this one or is that B really gone? I was deleting my character Tyrone Jamis after I roleplayed his very sad suicide that he went through after succumbing to depression. When I went to delete the character, I pressed delete and the model of my other character "Joe Williams"(yeah I know, my naming skills are amazing) had his model flash on the screen and they were both gone, reduced to atoms. Is there any coming back from this or am I cucked?

its too late, the construction of the 4th villager concentration camp is already complete, I've got millions of villages to destroy before I can overcome this loss
