Are we spoiled?​

Let's be honest, a lotta people can't get behind a no voice RP server at first, I wasn't much of a fan at first but then I realized that now, I don't need a headset or a mic, I can play background music and I don't have to deal with screamers or other annoying people and most of all I can eat while passive RPing.

I'm not sure if this only applies to the HL2 server but I assume it also applies to the other one so I just got a simple question, are we spoiled with the no voice chat? Could you or do you go to servers now that allow voice chat?

Not serious ones, no.

Serious RP and voice chat never mix, either for simple reasons like people using it to meme or because of immersion being broken every ten seconds by something like a big buff rebel fighter or cop being played by a teenager who's voice hasn't broken.
