It's Rymd's USP Match from Insurgency on ArcCW (my own legacy version of it because fuck datae and arctic) with combine pilot hands that work well as just a generic CP hands

did the c_hands for it, the design on arccw for the pistol, and did a quick slapdash texture job on the USP to make the slide chrome
