Just a question. Will players be able to become conscripts through IC conscription or conscripts will be event characters a. k. a cp/ota/pros players. Also since cab is present I suppose few proselytes will accompany them?

Changes to the meta for players force people into situations where even without a direct quest most of the time factions like UM, CWU, UIL will have a sense of purpose
