This is kinda what I am getting when trying to get premium through paypal.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so is there a fix? So far its just been hell for me trying to get it just for it to say this.

Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh but my card isnt declined tho, i literally just used it to buy armani like 3 days go

Forums didn't notify me about your tag, likely some regional issue. Only thing I can recommend is using the card directly.
