The Call of Duty: Black Ops III Multiplayer Starter Pack allows you to experience the ranked Multiplayer game mode of Black Ops III. This is a Multiplayer-only version of Black Ops III that has limited content. See below for more detail.

The Multiplayer Starter Pack gives you access to Public Ranked Multiplayer matches and features including Weapon Paint Shop, Gunsmith, Arena, Freerun, Theater, and the Black Market.

For the complete Call of Duty: Black Ops III experience, you will need to upgrade to the full version of the game. Below is a list of features not available in the Multiplayer Starter Pack.
Features NOT included in the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Multiplayer Starter Pack:

• Zombies game mode
  
• Campaign game mode
  
• Ability to play in Multiplayer custom games
  
• Ability to Prestige (your level will be capped at 55 in the Starter Pack)
  
• Access to mod tools or modded content (once released)
  
• Access to unranked server browser (once released)
  
• Ability to Fresh Start your profile
  
• The ability to access Dead Ops Arcade II and Nightmares mode

It's 18.99$ Canadian and for what it is, and what they allow you to have, it seems pretty fair. Level 55 capped multiplayer doesn't actually sound bad at all. Now, I wouldn't exactly do this because I'm far better off loading up COD4 and playing that again, but do any of you people think that this is a case of decent entrepreneurship, or an over-redone game franchise trying to stay relevant?

Well, there was a playerbase that played for the campaign. I know I loved it, from COD 1-5, then MW2 was alright but I realized they started becoming shorter and shorter and shittier.

I stopped buying the game because the multiplayer was pretty copy and pasted with more and more stupid killstreaks. I'm not paying 60+ on a game I played ten or eight years ago with gimmicky updates and twists.





But 18.99$? I think they're appealing to that kind of crowd, but then again, I've recently been dying to throw money at something.

You can wait for the remake of COD:4 and buy that package if you have that much money to throw around. That's if you're willing to trust your nostalgic memories as an actual good experience or something which was actually bad yet you perceive as good.

That game, will piss you off after 60 minutes. Its a piece of shit, its a waste of time, I wasted thousands of hours of my childhood with that stupid ass franchise, do not waste your money. Go buy a book on a subject you enjoy, learn a skill or craft, or get premium.
