Can't connect to forums without using VPN

I am really tired of using VPN to connect into this forum, is there anyway to connect to the website without using it?
Apparently, the reason why I can't view the forums, is because it "doesn't let me connect", I honestly don't know what's the problem, so I really need some help please.

I think whatever hosts the forums is blocked by russian ISPs so it's not a problem for you, other russians on the forums like @Inquisitor Horus and @TheIlgar both seem to be using VPNs still but tagged them anyway if they know a way around

Yep, i'm using russian VPN service in Google Chrome called "Обход блокировок Рунета", apparently it works even on side programms, including Garry's Mod.
It works really cool, if you can't reach something, this service looks why and, if it is blocked - reroutes your signal.

As for me, that's much cooler than all this switches like VPN On and VPN Off.

I checked that out, seems working and its better than TouchVPN!
