Can't join the server

So yeah, I got myself Windows 10 recently and whenever I join the server I'm stuck on the "Wait until Clockwork initializes" screen, any help?

Alright. So.. say me exactly about the problem.
Let's say we are connecting right now to Clockwork.

[CONNECTING...]

Alright we connected to server and then, as you said we see that message. Is it right?
Do you see anything more than it? Like WARNING: CONNECTION PROBLEMS?
If nothing of this happens say me what does happen after that. I'll ask a stupid question, i do not know what do you experience by your description.. Do you wait util it initialises? If you do say me how much time.. Just Less/More like 1 min / 10 min / 30 min or how much you do.

Nope, there was nothing like that. Turned out to be some weird Gmod client problem, but after 4 reinstalls it got fixed.
