If you only like Gouda, don't like both molten and solid and act like you love cheese, you have, with a 99% chance, murdered someone before.
Also, both.. I love cheese. Especially from holland, it's such good cheese from there.

Clearly on top. Regardless of the sandwich, the order is always cheese and then the top bun over it. Only exception I can think of is a multi-pattied burger, in which case you'd obviously need more layers of sliced cheese. But other than that, anyone putting their cheese on the bottom of their sandwich is a savage, and I don't mean that in a good way.
