Distributism /=/ Socialism.
Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God."

Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.
You forgot to quote all of it: "I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?” Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.

"Hear this, you who trample on the needy and bring the poor of the land to an end, saying, “When will the new moon be over, that we may sell grain? And the Sabbath, that we may offer wheat for sale, that we may make the ephah small and the shekel great and deal deceitfully with false balances, that we may buy the poor for silver and the needy for a pair of sandals and sell the chaff of the wheat?” The Lord has sworn by the pride of Jacob: “Surely I will never forget any of their deeds."

That's just a call for the end of exploitation, that isn't a call for socialism - that's saying to those who are rich to be a little more generous and acknowledge there are people with less than them. God is saying: "He will not forget those who have exploited the people for profit"; please stop interpreting the bible as a call for socialism, it isn't like that Afric.

Regardless, Distributism is not Socialism. Socialism and Christianity do not go well. Huey Long would be more down your alley.
get to fuck

you litterally just said that 'to stop the explotiation of the poor from profit' =/= socialism

eat my ass

Because stopping the rich from exploiting the people isn't exclusive to socialism, bud.
no, but if we put it all together
For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened, but that as a matter of fairness your abundance at the present time should supply their need, so that their abundance may supply your need, that there may be fairness. As it is written, “Whoever gathered much had nothing left over, and whoever gathered little had no lack.”

And he answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.”

Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

And he answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.” Tax collectors also came to be baptized and said to him, “Teacher, what shall we do?” And he said to them, “Collect no more than you are authorized to do.” Soldiers also asked him, “And we, what shall we do?” And he said to them, “Do not extort money from anyone by threats or by false accusation, and be content with your wages.” As the people were in expectation, and all were questioning in their hearts concerning John, whether he might be the Christ, ...

Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbour as yourself.”

why are you even here your like some sort of ancap atheist last time i asked

But we don't need to put socialism and Christianity together - we could establish a corporate state and fit it better with the tenant of Christianity.

And he answered them, “Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none, and whoever has food is to do likewise.”
- This can be attributed to Distributism and not Socialism.

“Collect no more than you are authorized to do."
- As is the law of the nation.

“Do not extort money from anyone by threats or by false accusation, and be content with your wages.”
- So should any army.

Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
- Not exclusive to socialism, it's called charity - socialism doesn't have a monopoly on charity and selflessness.

For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbour as yourself.”
- Again, loving your nation and your fellow citizens is not exclusive to socialism.

Not a very nice thing to say to a fellow brother of the faith, Afric.
