Complete lack of textures

So I just have a pretty normal lack of textures, I have all the base games and installed the content pack for the server. Any suggestions on fixing? (I deleted and re-subscribed to the content pack already nothing changed.)

Check if CS:S and Episode 2 are properly mounted to the game. If that's the case, then try verifying the integrity of gmod's cache.
