Fixed CP Still Errors

Downloaded HL2 EP 1 + 2 and CSS, however civil protection still show up as errors.
Help? I have the content for the server as well. From the workshop.

Sometimes if you have like loads of fucking addons some of them dont load, could try deleting some un needed ones?
