Completed craftable metal canteen

Suggestion: create a craftable metal canteen that can hold 3-4x the amount an empty plastic bottle can
Why it would be worth adding:
i am sick of using month old plastic bottles

To be fair yeah, spigot and filter always gets spawned together...
Probably had a use once.

To add to this, refillable water bottles now also use the same right click refill option

This can be done when looking at a spigot, or any sink model (map-generated ones will not work due to source limitations)

Water is now purified by default when refilling
