It looks like you're either running out of memory (too many addons installed?) or your game has been corrupted somehow.

smh did you try restarting cache?

it sometimes happens to me too, but i restart steam and everything goes back to normal, might be something with the map

I've had windows 10 for over a year and I've got no problems with the os
