I disagree heavily, the matches are almost always diffrent, the only reason why it is succeeding more then let's say Evolved is because there is no season pass,day one dlc pre order bullshit attached to it.

Dead by daylight looks to be good and I want it.

Also, maccas its one of those games that can be different on you in so many ways. being a survivor supports this as you can either die or be able to escape. what I mean by that is that almost everygame can mean a different outcome each time, where you could escape by conventional means by a door, or be the last survivor alive and have to find a well hidden trap door to get out on your own.

By what I can see almost every match has tension, and you can get pretty scared at any point for your character's life.

you have a point, but hiding from the killer is the point as well as completing your objectives as needed :P

Hiding in tall grass actually builds up tension in my opinion, because you are close with the killer. The ever-so largely sounding heartbeats don't help as well.

But the thing is that you can just hide in tall grass until you know the Killer's gone.

Start up a generator, get back in grass, wait for killer to go, re-position, repeat.

If the killer is good and has perks, you can't hide in tall grass though.
