I had Palmar Hyperhidrosis, which basically means your hands are always cold and clammy. It got better over the years and I don't notice it as much anymore. It wasn't really anything but a minor irritation as sweaty hands 24/7 make handshakes disgusting, but I still got called out on it a few times.
