A small amount of spoilers ahead!
Ahh,Dishonored,an amazing game,one of the best stealth games ever created.
You play as corvo(and in the new game,as Emily the royal empress),The Royal guard who was blackmailed as the killer of the Empress(Emily's Mother)
The first game was short,but still so GOOD.
In the new game i guess that the missions will play the same,maybe longer,as well as the story itself being longer(60$,first game was 15$),there will be more gameplay,more abilitys,More DISHONORED.
You (as corvo) become an assassin,which will Go on his way,trying to kill lord Regent,The man who is responsible for the murder of the Royal Empress,you'll Kill his supporters,his Goverment Etc.
I really dont want to tell you the whole story of Dishonored,its good to understand it the way you want to,by playing or reading the wiki(cuz im shit at telling stories).
In the new game you'll probably Try and assassinate Delilah(A witch that you murder in a DLC in dishonored 1,kind of confused about this part).
I'll tell the truth im so f*cking hyped,about 4-5 weeks till the release.
