Serious Dreams

I remember a dream, where I was walking around a empty warehouse, and I was a FBI agent on a mission or something. Anyways, nothing happens until I go out of the warehouse, and suddenly everything just goes white, and I hear a extremely loud noise. The same thing happened a few months later, I was walking around my house late at night and once again everything went white and loud. I‘ve never had that sort of dream afterwards.

it’s good to take a break every now and then because too much of any game gets in your head lmfao


but otherwise my dreams are usually either non existent, or really surreal. sometimes i’ll just fall asleep then instantly i just hear the loudest sound humanely possible and jump out of my skin. why the fuck my brain does that to me i’ll never know

then sometimes they’re just like real life situations playing out exactly like a real life situations. it’s just me talking to old friends that i haven’t seen or spoken to for years, or being happy with someone that now hates me, or even just about a girl i know i’ll never get. only when i wake up do i lie there for a good few minutes and realise those conversations never happened and i just feel shit because it’s like my mind is teasing me almost

sometimes it’s really horrible stuff that involves me or family and i never understand why i have the dreams, they just happen and i feel like shit after

i think i once had a string of nightmares for like a week and it got so bad i was afraid to go to sleep which is dumb but it was a few years back

but yeah, i dunno. shits weird. it’s been a long time since i’ve woken up feeling good about a dream
might just need more sleep

Study shows a rare percentage of humans dream in black and white. Trust me you aren’t loosing much.

Speaking of dreams, My dreams are very whacky, most relate to normal life just normal scenarios that would never happen unless I was stupid, like oh no I forgot my homework at home!! Or oh no my laptop has no charge and my project has been deleted.

Sometimes I have action packed dream where I go zombie hunting and usually die by the end somehow or wake up. Or sometimes just fight a bunch of people.

However I commonly have some sort of videogame related dream, it happens a lot more if I’ve been playing a lot of a specific game, for example I’ve had Goku show up in my dreams for some reason, and I’ve un-ironically dreamed of being on the server just... staffing, staffing weird people but just flying around.

lots of weird stuff, shame the fun dreams only happen when I get waked up

1. beating the absolute shit out of one of my ex-friends after finding child porn on their computer
2. judo slamming MGS peace walker style an entire room of people (i dont know why)
3. someone this site making a thread about al gore being nonbinary and everyone took it 100% seriously and had a genuine discussion on if he was or wasn't

A nightmare I have very often is I get chased through my house by some serial killer who somehow is always one step ahead and when I think I've locked him away, he just teleports out.

On a lighter note, I also have a lot of dreams of food.

bit of a necropost, but I keep noticing that I end up having two distinct dreams in one sleep cycle

like recently I had a dream where I was a part of some sort of police candidate program, and in stereotypical buddy-cop fashion I was with a partner chasing some guy inside a fire department for whatever reason, but as soon as I ran out of the department I ended up in the living room of some house in a mostly abandoned tropical island, ended up sacking the house for the stuff inside, grabbed the two pet dogs that the (dead) owner left behind as well as their kid, and got conscripted into some weird far cry esque pirate crew soon after

the two settings weren't connected at all, and while I had a vague memory of what occurred before it never related to the events that took place afterwards, not the first time that's happened either
