Fixed Dying on scanner respawns you with 0 hp

Description: Dying on a scanner just respawns you with 0 hp. Sometimes you also can't use anything such as deactivating your flashlight or typing in chat.
Steps to reproduce: Die as a scanner.
Additional notes: Scanner is the most important faction.

At least allowing you to utilise /help would be beneficial. Which for whatever reason becomes prohibited after you are considered "Dead".
