Suggestion Dynamic Keychain for Emergency Cars

I believe PD members should have keys to all PD vehicles regardless whether they were the ones that pulled out the vehicle or not. The same should apply to EMS vehicles for EMS members. There have been several instances where emergency vehicles have been stolen and left abandoned, which makes recovering the vehicle exponentially difficult when you cannot drive the vehicle nor call in a tow trucking service to bring it back to base.

This will also make it a lot easier for duos to coordinate and readily switch roles as required by the situation at hand. Especially when the driver is incapacitated and the partner in question cannot drive the vehicle back.
