EURASIAN PACT OF AFFILIATED CELLS
(EPAC)

The Parties to this Treaty reaffirm their faith in the purposes of the treaty and their desire to live in peace with all peoples and all post-occupation established governments.

They are determined to safeguard the freedom, territory and space of their peoples, founded on the principles of democracy, individual liberty and the rule of law. They seek to promote stability and well-being in the Eurasian region.

They are resolved to unite their efforts for collective defence and for the preservation of peace and security. They therefore agree to this treaty:

EPAC promotes democratic values and enables members to consult and cooperate on defence and security-related issues to solve problems, build trust and, in the long run, liberate regions from Combine influence.
