Suggestion:
Expand the variety of vehicles (for player & event purposes) by taking a few things from the WW3RP/Stasiland content.
- Pickup Truck
- Technical / MLRS
- T62
- M2 Sherman / Tiger II
Why it would be worth adding:
There are no existing civilian trucks in the HL2 pack mounted on the server besides a rickety tow truck and gigantic semi-trailer, neither of which make sense outside of extremely niche & specialized events, nor are they easy to maneuver.
Not only does the pickup truck make sense for events, but also as a rebel equivalent to an APC.
Not in the weapon department but for scouting, moving people, towing things and carrying supplies much like an APC does. Perhaps if staff willed it, in the future it could become a technical or used as a makeshift howitzer (MLRS).
Having stuff like this means not only do the Insurgents get something to look after, it gives the cops something to sabotage or destroy.
The tanks are future event fodder, I don't sincerely see these as a 'day-to-day' thing unless the server was a few week's away from ending or @Numbers wished to beef up the insurgents significantly. The T62 is one-person only and makes sense from a time perspective, but flat out sucks. The DoD:S alternatives (M2 Sherman & Tiger II) work perfectly well with spaces for 3 people (gunner/driver, bow gunner, passenger) with much less filesize, and could probably be explained away as being taken from a museum or something.
Necessary content:
Taking the aforementioned vehicles out of the WW3RP Content (by themselves they're like 20 - 30mb all up)
