That's how P4 works

If people wanted to be killed as they spawn in, they can just hop on a TF2 idle server and go AFK.
If groups are always the focus, everyone will realize that groups are fun when they can gather together and, surprise, it's not guaranteed to happen often because timezones and life being a bitch in general.
You don't have to remove groupplaying benefits, just give some to solo players for actual longevity on the gamemode.
