if you want a "I'm going to quit soon" set of mods use immersive gameplay with SHC and low tech patch along with Fallout 2287: Gasmasks of the wasteland and War of the Commonwealth while playing survival. You will be able to one shot most things early game, but they can do the same to you. It took me forever to complete the first mission because of fucking grenades
