When I look forward, most of the shadows appear. When I look down, the shadows start flickering as I move and some even disappear.

overwolf and other overlay applications can also cause this

I have the same issue, I usually do mat_specular 1 or mat_specular 0 and it solves it but I have to do it everytime I enter the fucking server
