[Forum Game] Nebulous Budget

A small sweet forum game where everybody will pitch in an idea of what Nebulous should purchase / sell to make sure that Nebulous continues to exist.
Whenever someone responds, they will have a financing solution and a budget proposal. An example would be

I propose we should have purple cheese water in the cafeteria

We will need to sell dank memes to Blackquill to finance that
I propose we open up a new forum section, used to post sexual photographs of dinosaurs

I propose that Nebulous staff recieve increased wages. They should all be paid with at least 3 scripts a month now.
