The company was set up by new-age business man Andrei Popescu and has earned a recent contract with the Free-States government, shipping/smuggling cargo and supplies to and from Bucharest up and down the largely abandoned Danube and into the Black Sea/Central Europe in a discrete and or expedient manner.

The company surprisingly manages a small fleet of river cargo ships and barges commandeered and restored from Black Sea ports by contracted mercs. The company has previously been assisting Lambda and at times Combine affiliated groups, anything to turn a quick buck. Their usefulness to both sides has afforded their river travels general peace, aside from bandits.

Funded by the City and maintained still as a subsidiary of Radix, strengthening relations between the company and the Free State, the Scrapyard serves the purpose of providing many of the more lowly in Bucharest with ease of access in terms of work, here. Though, let it be glossed over that it's rumored melee arms are sometimes sold out of the Scrapyard, said info' touching sensitive ears could be dire.

Too, it is known the men working here feud often with the Eurasians at the Motel, these men working here are Americans, a few have even hit the newspaper as casualties of possible gang wars.

Organization Name: International Red Cross

Describe your organization: Facing reasonable success in Agora, the IRC has decided that their 'fringe' elements in Romania should become properly housed, the first stages of a proper rollout.. Thus, they've dispatched an actual, if disagreeable, doctor to support their team - which will be moving into the Hospital. The IRC do not intend to take over the hospital from the locals, nor do they intend to be the permanent management, they will fund and provide basic support to the hospital until it is capable of standing on it's own.

If possible, the hospital - or at least the floor with their main office - would become an neutral embassy of sorts, so that it may be left alone in the event of crisis.

The Red Cross has a few basic goals in the region:
- Support the city and it's citizens, distribute humanitarian supplies and medical aid.
- Grow the image of the Red Cross and garner support for IHL. Though the RC isn't able to actively recruit in the region, they will be supplying doctors and locals.
- Trading unneeded supplies for support to further humanitarian goals.

Two of their lesser goals include:
- Provide a safe route for loyalists and deserters to defect.
- Assist in clean up where needed.
- Assess risk of humanitarian crisis. (Please stop headcrabbing people, Romanian Government)
