Freeze During Gameplay

Every time I play on the server my game usually freeze after an hour of gameplay. Which is really weird even though I have a good PC. When the freezing occurs I just open up Task Manager and end the game cause there is nothing else to do about it. If there is any solution to improve my gameplay then I would be happy to read it.

If you're referring you what I meant by recreating the thread, I mean go post a thread in that link and they might be able to help you. Using the correct subforum is important, as this area is mainly for suggestions and bugs for the server, not personal clients.
