Fixed g36 eats your reserve ammo on char switch

Description: You lose your G36 reserve ammo on charswitch. Happens with both variants.
Steps to reproduce: Load reserve into G36, charswap, charswap back, have 0 reserve
Additional notes:

Also the scope isn't there. It's supposed to be there. (on normal g36)
and g36sd shouldnt have scope on its worldmodel. — models/weapons/tfa_ins2/w_g36k_suppressed.mdl

Also happens when disconnecting and coming back again, ammo is gone.

i'm guessing 5.56x45mm implementation has done goof we'll look into it, if i'm not mistaken gary took a different approach with including it which is why it's broken probably lol

g36a1's scope should be in for next restart tomorrow, the actual attachment lua wasn't included originally skull emoji
