Game Crashes when i load my character

My Game crashes when i want to select my character but when i create a new one i can play with bui if i leave and come again and want to play with the new created its the same thing, Crash.
When it crashes i get a Engine error "failed to lock vertex buffer in CMeshDX8::LockVertexBuffer: nVertexCount=631, nFirstVertex=0"

What should i do?

You should just press 'Download' and un check the boxes on the left
