Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (very unique LoZ. First LoZ. Never got into it much though.)
Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (I played this one a couple years after Phantom Hourglass. Really enjoyed it but I didn't really like using the Wii remote, so I never finished it off.)
And finally
Sly Cooper (I miss this game)
The games I regret not playing were the Zelda games, especially the first one, Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess. The only other Zelda game I played was Hyrule Warriors. It was very good but never really got into it after finishing the story.
