Has my Garrys Mod turned into a weeaboo? (Sound Help)

So I went on yesterday and noticed something VERY strange. Dispatch and CP voices are Japanese! I can't remember installing it and can't find it in my addons. So if anyone could be so kind and help a man out with a fix I would be internally grateful.

I don't want to be stuck in this purgatory that is this Japanese bullshit. Someone, help!​
