I made this as an experiment to put a decal in front of an RT cam to function as a graphic that shows up on all the screens in the city, for special broadcasts and such. Unfortunately doesn't work, as decals don't show on RT cams. But, it's fitting to post here, because I plan to get back on board with this thread once finals are over.

I've got a few requests in different states of completion waiting to be finished; sorry to those people on the wait. Hopefully, I can wrap those up quick once this semester is through. Until then...​
