Need opinions on what to choose for transportation, since I can decide which license im gonna do in Winter.

Car

Car is more comfortable, has more room for transport
-consumes more space, less room to act, parking spots are a pain to find in the city
-used, 56.000 km mileage
+can be used throughout seasons

~Monthly Finance costs 389,71 € (2 year duration)

Motorcycle

Motorcycle is cooler, more agile, consumes less space, more room to act (2 way street that only has 1 lane), more parking chances
-higher lethality from crashes, higher costs to maintain
-obviously only driven warm seasons, or you are gonna freeze
+0 km mileage

~Monthly Finance costs 354,00 € (2 year duration)

if you're actually being genuine about this, this thread should be in general instead of fast threads

also it's a bad idea to pay monthly deposits for a vehicle, buy one outright.

my experience with financing when I wanted a new car:

I had two options:
  • A brand new car, on finance for a few years which would then be mine. Three figure monthly payments.
  • A car which was old, wasn't flashy and didn't have much longevity in it.
I picked the latter, as I was going to university soon. My main worry with financing cars is that I would feel far too fragile when driving it, that the idea that the car wasn't mine yet would make me a worse driver. Actually outright owning a car was fine for me, it gave me a bit more responsibility.

Couple months after I'd decided against financing and gone with my current car, an idiot tried to overtake me and swung into the side of my car, causing damage that would have cost me much more if I had financed. Every experience is different, but I was glad I didn't finance my car and went with the car I've now had for two years.

This. No point in getting into debt over a flashy car you don't even own, especially during a pandemic where job security is pretty uncertain. Imo to should just look into getting a second hand vehicle that you can afford.
