Immersive Skyrim Mods

So i am thinking of starting a new play through of Skyrim and i want to play the game as realistically as possible, for example, hunger and thirst. What Mods should i download either off of Nexus mods or the steam workshop for the best experience?

vortex is pretty good for installing mods

I didn't use steam workshop, i used vortex, i just suck at Installing mods

I used the Nexus for quite a while and I remembered just wasting hours upon hours over texture mods and skeleton mods so I could create rp characters for some rp I was in.

I advise you just watch youtube videos about skyrim mods if anything.

i spent all of last weekend trying to get some Texture mods working but i didnt know what i was doing, so everything appeared as a missing texture.
