Fixed Infinite nokia DoS attack (you can autoclick call)

You can autoclick the call button on someone and it will send infinite requests that stack and bugs out a lot. I'm also pretty sure it lags the whole server when you are doing it

This explains why 1187 out of 1136 phone calls were from one number lmao
