Rejected infinite snowballs

Description: When you're inside a vehicle, upon reaching 0 ammo, the snowball doesn't disappear. You're able to continously re-equip it, each time giving you a maximum of 1 ammo.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab a snowball
2. Put it on your hotbar
2. Get in a vehicle
3. Equip and throw until you have 0 ammo
4. Unequip and re-equip
5. Infinite ammo, just need to continously re-equip
