Serious is twarmew the true physical epitome of a human cancer cell?

I'm just curious and would really like some help with this question. Twarmew has exhibited some of the key pointers to being a real life human cancer cell, but I really need some more evidence that he is as disgusting and slimy (don't forget malformed) as he comes off to be. Also, I heard that in real life they call him 'Tommy Smack' I don't know if this in reference to the copious amounts illegal substances he does, but if it is then could this explain how he's regenerated himself corrupted and completely cancerous? A quick result would be ideal, but I guess if the discussion gets prolonged we can keep it going until we get to a result. @Twar
