This is true! He has been harrassing multiple people by spreading sickening content, either actual child pornography or loli porno pictures. Loli is a hentai term for child porn or something, it's utterly disgusting.

So hereby I conclude that Dr. Pepper the Child Dentist, has left the occupants of nebulous.
