more info coming in the next couple days - but ideally, i want all uu factions to have their own pathways to interact with the wider server

CRA is very different from ordinary cab, a much more hands-on, in the community, and high risk job, like borealis
will get more info up soon along with apps for the cra delegation once ive talked it over with @Smallfries and we have agreed on what should be the faction's role and their scope of involvement
