PRE SOCIO-FRACTURE:
Alexei Ivanovich Barsukov was born in the year [REDACTED] in Uglovo, Russia. Located outside of St. Petersburg. After Union liberation Alexei was relocated to St. petersburg, with one familial guardian as he was still within sub-nominal maturity parameters for general workforce. Upon reaching the age of [REDACTED] Alexei's guardian was relocated to City 03. Contact with his all familial figures ceased from this point forward.
Upon entering into the workforce, Alexei quickly put his name in the Civil Protection Assignment Consideration System (CPACS). Several cycles of candidates passed before Alexei's name was picked by Overwatch. Prior to the rank consolidation reform Alexei was a 70% rank point functionary with a stellar record. He was accepted as an instructor in the C10 Civil Protection academy shortly after his 12 year service mark.
POST SOCIO-FRACTURE:
Alexei was recalled from the C10 academy some 3 years after beginning his instructor assignment. Having trained and graduated 9 full class cycles, Alexei was hand picked by Overwatch for combat auxiliary re-assignment, as his fixation on discipline, and training made him a good candidate to ensure detachment cohesion and combat readiness was maintained. Alexei was re-assigned to the Azov Sea prison as his first deployment, and issued the JURY-3 tagline. Ranks were reshuffled for field service, and with the rank consolidation reform in place, Alexei was put at a 25% rank point position, inline with progress towards transhumanization after {OVERWATCH DIRECTIVE 455-1} was enacted. Alexei was quickly ushered into a 75% rank point position where he remained for 4 total deployments. His efforts maintaining the good order and discipline of his detachment proving paramount to mission success. The unit was the most senior 75% rank point delegate for over a months time.
Alexei under went transhumanization on [REDACTED], and was transferred the tagline SWORD-7. The unit is currently a first phase overwatch functionary, serving under his original detachment from the Azov Sea. All MMRs and cognitive dissonance updates are current.
