If you didn't know who Koko the Gorilla was, she was really just a gorilla that mastered the utilization of sign language and it really astonished the world of her knowledge and skills. She really was incredible, and it's saddening to know a remarkable animal such as herself is dead.
According to NPR, "Koko, who was 46, died in her sleep Tuesday morning, the Gorilla Foundation said..."
