Lagging so fucking hard

I logged on HL2RP today and I started to lag heavily and sometimes game completely freezes. Whenever it starts to lag an error message appears on the console

I've ep1 and ep2 mounted. Also, my models' legs are error while im on firstperson but it's perfectly fine when i switch to thirdperson
