UPDATE - 02/12/16: A new question will be posted soon; if the answer is worked out, I will donate £150 to a charity of the community's choosing, with a personalised message from the community as well as @alex and @Blackquill if they should so wish, on the 23rd of December.

An undetermined game of an unknown value shall also be awarded to one person who contributed to the question, at random.

Question 6a (Charity Prize and Entry into raffle): A patient comes in, saying her tongue feels cramped in her mouth. Upon examination, she presents with a hard growth on the palatal side of her LL5 and LR5. Upon probing, the probe easily cuts through the soft tissue and comes to a hard stop.

Diagnose this patient.

--------------------------------------------------------

Question 6b (^): A patient requires treatment in the form of extractions: the medications he is taking are Ramipril, Simvastatin and Clopidogrel.

Explain why JDr. Lynx should not take out more than 3 teeth at a time.

--------------------------------------------------------

Question 6c (^): A patient comes in with an abcess above his UR2, it seems treatable with standard antibiotics. She is allergic to Penicillin V and cats.

Write out an exact prescription (with exact drugs, dosage and writing) for the drug JDr. Lynx will prescribe.

--------------------------------------------------------

Have fun.

JDr. Lynx realises that the patient is a tricky fucker, and the treatment would take to much of his time. Also the fact that the patient is allergic to cats and penicillin means that her bloodline is weak and should not be bread upon. He gives the patient 500 mg nitrous oxide, and executes the patient carefully and peacefully. Then proceeds to extract three teeth as trophies, and any more than three teeth would be suspicious and just weird. Right before the execution, and upon dumping the patient he whispers "papa bless".

Nailed it.

Zithromax (Azithromycin)
May be an option for the treatment of a dental abscess in patients who are allergic to penicillin or beta-lactam. Binds to the 50S ribosomal subunit of susceptible microorganisms and blocks dissociation of peptidyl tRNA from ribosomes, inhibiting bacterial RNA-dependent protein synthesis. Concentrates in phagocytes and fibroblasts, as demonstrated by in vitro incubation techniques. In vivo studies suggest that concentration in phagocytes may contribute to drug distribution to inflamed tissues. Indicated for mild-to-moderate microbial infections.
Dosage
500 mg orally as a single dose on the first day followed by 250 mg orally once a day on days 2 through 5

Else he gets a heartattack/issue or some shit? At least that's what's popping to my mind if I see the shit Ramipril and Clopidogrel are doing.
Hope answer's not too peasant like, but fuck me if I had proper knowledge of this shit in English, not even in German.
