I can see you're using animations on them and it doesn't really give it that "personal" feel. It looks like you spawned in a few guys, stuck them in anims and put guns in their hands.
If you want personal preference, use the physgun. Don't use any fancy tools as the physgun will benefit you in the long run as it gets more natural poses, if you can get past the physics of it. If you want to do finnicky stuff like with guns, use CTRL whilst trying to pose. This helps especially with gun posing, also use the "Ignore" tool which you can find on the workshop and apply it to weapons/models/cars that you don't want to move, and it will make sure you don't accidentally phys gun it.
