It's because Celebrities can just pay people off or hire people to ruin their lives if they try suing/taking charges while alive.

That's why most 70's washed up TV show old guy celebrities with no money are all getting fucked for child abuse etc while the big celebrities don't get anything like that.

The only time you can win the case is if their dead. Because if you try it when they're alive, they can pull some really dodgy shit.
